Hi, and welcome to my webpage. 

My name is Theodoros (or simply Theo) Strigkos and I am a Medical Doctor, of the School of Medicine of the National University of Athens, where I graduated Salutatorian.

I'm currently a resident of General Practice/Family Medicine at the General Hospital of Athens "Hippocrates", providing primary and emergency care at the "Hippocrates" Hospital, and various primary health centers in Athens.

I'm also an Electrical and Computer Engineer, earning my Diploma/Master of Engineering from the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens, where I graduated Valedictorian, and Master of Science from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of Carnegie Mellon University.

Medical specialties of interest to me are emergency medicine and general practice. My main area of focus in electrical and computer engineering is computer architecture. I'm also quite interested in combining computers and medicine, especially using computers in a clinical environment to enhance and accelerate medical practice.
